Healthcare

We install and service the systems patients and staff notice the moment they fail: in room TV, overhead paging, nurse call and the cabling underneath it all. For hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, behavioral health and urgent care across DFW. When the headend goes dark at 2 a.m., you want the contractor who has stood in that room before.

How we work

Working in a live hospital

A hospital never closes for construction. Every item below is how we plan around that. (Infection control and downtime specifics TODO: confirm.)

Infection control

Containment, clean work practices and ICRA conscious procedures above the ceiling grid. (TODO: confirm)

After hours work

On call 24/7. Nights, weekends and phased schedules so patient care never waits on a cable pull.

One team, your teams

Direct coordination with facilities, IT and biomed: schedules, access, closeout docs. (TODO: confirm)

No patient TV downtime

Headend swaps staged and cut over so room TVs stay up through the change. (TODO: confirm)

FAQ

What facilities directors ask us

Receiverless vs. DRE: which do we want?

Receiverless (COM3000 QAM or IP) puts nothing behind the TV: the headend does the work and any coax connected TV tunes the lineup. DRE puts a small receiver at each TV and suits smaller counts or channel by channel control. For most hospitals we recommend receiverless: fewer failure points, nothing to walk off, simpler patient rooms.

Can you swap our existing headend without taking TVs down?

Yes. We stage the new headend alongside the old one, verify the lineup, and cut over in a planned window so patient TVs stay up through the change. (TODO: confirm standard cutover practice.)

Do you handle the DIRECTV account, or do we?

We can carry it end to end: activation, channel packages, account management and consolidated billing across your sites. You get one contact for the dish, the headend, the lineup and the invoice.

How do you zone overhead paging?

By unit, department or floor on 70V zones: code paging separate from all call, day/night levels where areas need quiet hours, and volume tapped per speaker so a page reads at the nurse station without blasting patient rooms.

Can paging integrate with our phone system?

Yes. SIP based systems including Cisco and Webex. Dial a code from any desk phone and page a zone or the whole facility; desk mics stay where staff want a dedicated button.

Can you work nights and weekends?

Yes. We’re 24/7 with an on call tech. Occupied facility work is routinely scheduled nights, weekends and in phases with your charge staff.
