FAQ

Common questions

Our system is HillRom but another company installed it. Can you service it?

Yes. We troubleshoot and repair existing HillRom installations regardless of who put them in, and we’ll document what we find as we go.

Can you work on an occupied unit?

That’s most of our nurse call work: bed by bed, coordinated with the charge nurse, with the rest of the unit live at all times.

A corridor light won’t clear. Is that urgent?

Treat it as urgent until proven otherwise. Call 972-380-4000. We’re on call 24/7 and can often walk your staff through isolating a stuck call before we roll a truck.
